To start I actually worked for a high end wholesale coffee company that served Aspen in the late 90’s - way before coffee became a thing in the USA... I quickly became a coffee aficionado and understood what coffee is, especially carefully curated coffee. I’ve had good coffee all over North & South America and Sunergos Coffee is with the best of the best. The aroma, cleanliness of the beans, the finish, the stimulation of the palette... I could go on but you get the idea. It’s not cheap but for goodness sake put down the bag of Starbucks and go spend a little more for REAL. DELICIOUS. EXQUISITE. COFFEE! So that’s a reviewing their Whole Bean bags of coffee. I also ordered an Americano with an extra shot - delicious, perfectly poured, strong flavor... the shop itself was very nice, clean, easy to find, roomy... two college aged girls working were super friendly and were quite knowledgeable about their products. To be able to have such an exemplary coffee experience in Louisville is something to be thankful for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying them a visit, IF you like coffee - REAL coffee...

You simply can’t beat the coffee at Sunergos. I love the simple menu and fast service. At this location they have a nice stand up area for those who prefer to sip and work while standing. The bourbon Rice Krispie treats are amazing!

Great place to spend time with a friend and a great cup of coffee. Located in a converted car service station this place hits the mark. My suggestion is a large Cafe Miele (cinnamon honey latte) paired with a gingerbread mini loaf. Very good treat, not too sweet with bold flavor kicks from the coffee. Plenty of pastry options to choose from.

The Cafe Miele was nice! Perfect for the fall. The cheddar biscuit was incredible. It was almost like biting into a grilled cheese made with biscuit. Ask them to warm it up. Glad we saw the goose!

Best coffee in Louisville! And one of the few places where you can get an actual 6 ounce flat white. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and lots of fun touches.
